Şeflek develops linear irrigation systems designed to meet the irrigation needs of small and rectangular-shaped agricultural lands that are common around the world. In such fields, irrigation systems that move in a straight line are preferred to ensure efficient and uniform watering.

Thanks to the technology developed by Şeflek, areas ranging from a minimum of 2 hectares up to 300 hectares can be irrigated with a single linear irrigation system. This provides flexible, effective, and sustainable solutions for both small-scale farmers and large agricultural investors.

Linear irrigation systems are designed to irrigate narrow and long rectangular fields by moving along a straight line. While operating, the system takes in water along a designated path and distributes it evenly across the entire field through its linear motion. The systems can operate smoothly on land slopes of up to 4–5% and can reach line lengths of up to 1000 meters.

It operates with a guidance system that follows the track line positioned داخل a reference channel opened in the ground using sensors.

The GPS-based linear pivot is a linear irrigation solution that performs guidance control via a satellite-supported positioning system.

The RTK-supported linear irrigation system has a high-precision positioning infrastructure operating through a fixed base station and radio module.

It is an advanced linear irrigation solution developed for large-scale projects, maximizing route accuracy with satellite-based precision positioning.

Working principle:

  • Stable route control over long distances
  • Centimeter-level accuracy
  • The system defines a reference route at the start
  • The GPS module receives real-time position data
  • The control unit calculates deviations
  • Guidance is automatically corrected

This model may not require a physical cable or reference channel.
